????The company now has two main production workshops: spinning workshop and carpet workshop. The spinning workshop has two BCF production lines and their supporting equipment: Neumag spinning machine can produce 1500 tons of polypropylene yarn per year, four Folkman double twisting machines can process 2000 tons of carpet double twisting yarn and 1500 tons of straight twisting yarn per year, and the heat setting device can process 1500 tons of shaping yarn per year.The yarn produced can fully meet the needs of the company's carpet manufacturing and some of them are exported.The carpet workshop has 8 carpet looms and their subsequent processing and finishing equipment, which can produce 600,000 square meters of polypropylene carpets, 150,000 square meters of hand-cut carpets and 100,000 square meters of wool carpets annually. In 2016 and 2017, the company imported two sets of double rapier 400 looms from Germany, which are specially designed and customized according to the requirements of our company, and their outstanding functions are 10 colors, 400 warps, 16mm pile height and chenille carpet weaving, which is the most advanced carpet manufacturing equipment in the world. The company's production of Wilton carpet has become a leader in the domestic high-end carpet industry.
